I like the gym a lot. I must say it is the best gym in Reading and there is no doubt about it. It has been also 6 months since my last feedback to yourselves and I must say I am impressed with the changes you've made so far. Especially reading carrying towel. It seems like everyone got the message, there are exceptions though, but I'm glad to say a very rare ones. I like how staff is approaching the members, they are very polite and helpful. I like the sweeps they make to ensure that everyone is ok, the equipment is in the right place and that everyone has a towel with him/her. You might believe it or not but having discipline in place like that makes other people motivated and more comfortable, they can more focus on what they are there to achieve and don't think/notice things that are wrong with the place. I really enjoy coming to Buzz you've become my daily routine and that's what I like about the place and its people. I am also glad you are listening to the voice of your members. Keep up the good work, and thank you for all your efforts!

The staff are friendly and approachable. The equipment is ideal, good use of space, it's cheap, affordable and accessible 24 hours a day.
I mainly go to classes and all of the instructors are fantastic - very exact on their technique, always in good form and really makes it enjoyable. In general all the staff in WW are v good - cleaners, desk staff, gym staff, restaurant staff.
Showers could be a bit warmer - are bit tepid last few months

The pool, the classes, the variety, welcoming staff, massage, .... a first rate club. Have been a member since opening day and do not plan to leave. We are lucky to have the Wave here in Whitefish. Barbi Taylor
The variety of classes offered to members at no charge, Enjoy yoga class on Tuesday morning and Sunday morning! Balltastic with Lynn is fantastic! Wonderful gym to workout, really enjoy the atmosphere.

Scott does a magnificent job managing the racquet club, as well as teaching. Colin and Josiah are effective and well-liked pros, and the staff is always friendly and helpful! I feel fortunate to be a member of a health facility that contributes so much to the well being of the community!
