Your young adult membership option is very smart and encourages membership by those you might otherwise not be able to afford it. No complaints! Can't think of any suggestions right now.

Wave is clean & consistently "kept up" i.e. paint just starts looking grungy & it's repainted, carpets replaced etc. Staff is friendly & helpful. The vibe is relaxed & fun; I don't feel as though I need to look or dress a certain way to be there.

The Pavilion opening Hrs. 5:15 AM get a good work out and be at work on time Note the coffee is great!
There is so much offered for everyone, from swimming to basketball court, kids classes, adult classes. The variety is great.

I like the ease of going to work out whenever I need to. I think the people are friendly that work there. I have friends who also are members. Plus, I like that it's only about 10 minutes from my home.
The gym is clean and organized well. It was great when they replaced the treadmills last year, and added some new pieces (Jacobs Ladder). It is nice to have access to new machines. There are also plenty of machines; I never have to wait - which is a HUGE bonus! The personal trainers & group class instructors are friendly and experienced. Even though the monthly fees went up recently, $35.99 is still a great price for the amount of gym you have. The only thing missing is a pool :)

Peak staff members are very friendly and helpful. Premises are very clean. I like the variety of classes offered. I have heard you are planning to add additional classes at the 6 a.m. time slot on weekdays. I am hoping this information is correct as that is one thing I have found lacking recently.
The facility and equipment is outstanding meeting all my fitness needs.

All of the people that work there are always very nice. There are so many machines etc. to work out on. Everything is always to clean and neat.
