The staff is what makes the club a great experience. They set such a vibrant tone!
The staff is great. But only having one person on staff in the afternoons is an issue for me. If they are working with someone who wants to join the gym and take a tour, then there is no one at the front desk to help other members. I know this is a slow time of the day but there are times when people a lining up and waiting for the staff member to finish up the joining process of that new member.

Your two new nu-step machines
prohibit the use of body powder in the locker room . it's too messy on the carpeting and smells worse than a horse barn .
The convenience of having virtually all of the exercise options at one location, in a very attractive and friendly setting. Particularly appreciate the schedule of multiple yoga classes. An thanks for adding the sound absorbent mats in the yoga studio to help improve the acoustics.

Everyone is very interested in how the member is doing. Keep sending out e-mails for encouragement. Everyone needs to be encouraged. Most members needs a compliment to keep our spirits up. Doing a great job & I would recommend DAC to anyone.

It's clean, has the latest equipment; personnel is warm, friendly and extremely helpful. DAC is CONSTANTLY keeping up with the latest benefits for its member. I mean - No other gym comes close to DAC soooooo is there any other place to go ?????
The equipment of course, but that is not really what sets you apart from the competition. That "setting apart" comes from the people, BOTH THOSE WHO ARE EMPLOYED THERE AND THE MEMBERS.. I am 73 years old and at that age, some days are good and some not quite so. Nevertheless, I find myself immediately cheered the moment I walk through the doors. (a bit corny, but I call it "the Wave, Wave'. From that moment on, I know I'm going to be treated like some VIP, even though I'm not; but I can tell in your eyes, that AS FAR AS YOU ARE CONCERNED, yes I am. And the beautiful thing about it is that others are treated in that same, caring way. The only sad part is that I do wish I was quite younger...I'd love to be a part of the Wave Team. but then unofficially I guess I am.
