Would it be possible to lower the guest pass to members to maybe $6.00 instead of 7? Or to have a special pass book where you buy 5( or another number) and get one free? Or some kind of discount?

The last evaluation I filled out was accompanied by a request for a response on your part about the upkeep status of your bathrooms. That was the fourth avenue where I had brought this to your attention. I have lost faith in your questionnaires if I get no response to my feedback when I asked for it. I'm sure you can understand my frustration.
It's possible the health-related "sanitation" problems I brought to your attention have been resolved, but THAT is not the issue. If there is no demonstration on your pary of engaging with your members feedback (when it is requested), what is the point of filling out your questionnaires? THIS one was stacked in favor of your promotional office. That's hardly confidence building. Nonetheless, I still gave Tri-health a "10" because I love the place and the personnel who I know are only trying their best. But sanitation is a big matter.

That it is 24/7, which is very helpful. On the site there is a graph which shows busiest times which helps a lot.
