The Wave is an excellent facility. It's always sparkling clean, the staff is friendly and the wide variety of exercise machines and options is truly wonderful. On top of that, there are not one, not two but three swimming pools, plus hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms and impeccably clean showers, bathrooms and locker rooms -it's just perfect.

I like the treadmills and resistance machines. They help keep me in decent shape at age 70. The instructors are very caring and helpful as well.

Great facility. I just use the fitness area and have had a massage with Kendrick (who was very knowledgeable and took care of a problem area in my back). There are plenty of machines, and although it can get crowded, I never have a problem getting my workout finished in a timely manner.

Very clean, very modern. The staff is very friendly. If I could make one suggestion it would be to increase the water temps for warmer showers.
