The facility offers almost everything you could need, and the staff are professional and always willing to help.
It is convenient, and seems well-managed and well-maintained. Since I am retired, I now have no excuses to prevent me from working out.

Staff is always friendly. I love that someone almost always greets me as I enter and as I leave. The staff seems to genuinely enjoy it. Also, the cleanliness of the facility is key

Close, full range of services
Location is good. Equipment is updated regularly. Staff is friendly. Laid back atmosphere. on the negative side: Men's locker room is outdated, the shower rebuild is poorly designed and maintenance is slow, towel quality is extremely variable (from great to sandpaper). There is lot to do, but finding a schedule is relatively difficult.

Thank you for your membership and feedback. I'm sorry to hear that your experience has been a slow response from our maintenance department. Please feel free to let us know specific concerns any time that you have them. For our towels we just changed vendors for our laundry service so I trust that you will find a positive and consistent improvement.
Schedules are available in several locations-either from the membership services desk, self print from the stand next to the Yiddish room, or there is a table near the membership services desk with pre printed schedules.
The staff is very good.....love all the things available to members.....miss the pool

Equipment is well-kept, staff is friendly, and unlike other gyms that suddenly close, the JCC will be there.
