I like that there is always plenty of equipment available and that it never seems crowded inside the facility. I also appreciate the lap pool -- I have yet to see it so crowded that I have to share a lane. As a long time former member of the Y in Blue Ash, the difference between the two facilities is very noticeable and TriHealth comes out on top.

The variety of classes offered is fantastic. I appreciate all the different work out areas the Wave accomodates- from the pool to the basketball court to the exercise machines.
The friendly atmosphere. Point of entry staff have always been pleasant and helpful. Recently, say since the summer I have noticed a considerable helpfulness from the gym staff. Also, the fact most instructors remember you by name ads to the equation.
There is one down turn and that is the ladies toilets could be cleaned during the day after all they do get a lot of use.

The staff is friendly and helpful> The facilities are clean. The biggest plus tho are the windows and the light and openness they provide.
Very clean locker room, Lots of diverse programs available, My only complaint is that the pool belongs to people with children and senior exercise classes and my wife and I are squeezed out with only a slim chance of using the pool.
