all ages can benefit from the JCC from toddlers to seniors......and the variety offered is unbeatable...the arts, exercises for body and mind....the JCC offers the total package.

Well, I always feel comfortable at the JCC. Even though I don't know very many people there and I sometimes go alone, I always feel welcome.

What do you like about your Evolve Fitness experience?

The machines/weights available are great - could use some improvement with the multitude of group fitness offerings but even that is above par! Love my choice to join Evolve!
