Flexible hours different activities to do
Besides helping to keep me healthy and slow down the aging process, the leaders are informative and friendly while helping us stay healthy. It is a good for retired seniors to spend time with their peers for some social stimulation and it helps to give my day structure by attending classes regularly. The facility is clean and well run. It provides a very "welcoming" atmosphere. I encourage anyone to be a member of the Peak and actively enjoy what it offers.
I like the fact that there is enough equipment to go around, very little wait time.

Childcare services are amazing- miss Carrie and Fawn are the best. My kids love going to the gym and cry when we have to leave! I can enjoy my workout more knowing they are happy .
