When I am not being lazy and I actually go, I love all the classes and the staff and members are friendly. I have made so many friends in the last 4 years or more that I have been a member. I have thought at times of going to a gym that is closer to where I live, DAC is closer to my work, but I know I will not have the choices of classes to go to along with the tanning at such a great rate. I really enjoy this gym and being a member.
Friendly and courteous staff, variety of exercise equipment and knowledgeable trainers. Hours open are convenient for me, and excellent notice by e-mails of when hours are changing due to holidays, etc. There seems to be a good variety of classes even though I don't participate in any of them.

The people are friendly and welcome you. The location is well lit and very clean. The equipment is plentiful and lots of selections.
Facility is close to where I live. There is a good amount of fitness machines, equipment with good variety. The pool and steam room are great. I like the fact that the centre is used by people of all ages, and has a mix of fitness and cultural activity. Good opportunity to learn more about Jewish culture as well.
Everything. ....but if the gym instructors are more active in terms of persuading the gym member and telling them about good and bad about exercise. ...it will be better way of earning money and keeping members active and ongoing.

I'm enjoying working with Mary C.as part of a diabetes class (prevention) through NVH. It's an inviting, friendly place to exercise. Mary is enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about the machines she has us using.
