Your equipment is outstanding and best of all, it all works. One positive observation, I have been really pleased with your staff. I am always greeted by a friendly person when checking in at the counter plus, when a question arrises about any of the equipment, I am always pleased about how patient the staff is. Keep doing the good job you are doing.
I'm a little concerned that the cleanliness level has diminished, which is the most important thing to my family. Mainly, the yoga floor is always dusty these days. When your face is so close to the floor, it is not very pleasant. Also the stairs to the upper floor are now usually dirty. PLEASE don't let your cleanliness slip - it is one of the best things about the WAVE.
The trainers are really encouraging and creative about meeting you at your level and helping you build from there. I can't say enough nice things about Nick. He's been so great for working with my son and making a positive impact on him far beyond just work out routines.

The staff are excellent, the facility is very well maintained, and there is communication to the members.
Evolve (Cambridge) is just the right size, easy to access. The space is well organized for an efficient workout. The staff is friendly, helpful when needed, and not intrusive. The lockers are comfortable to use and the showers adequate. Would be nice to have a steam room. Evolve lends itself well to working out independently or in groups in a congenial environment. I would definitely recommend Evolve to friends.

Machines are maintained well and are always available even during the busiest hours. Also a wide variety of equipment.

Hours
It is open most every day and evening. All machines and other things are available with no waiting time to use them. The pool is also accessible if you want to swim or take water aerobics.
