I like the trainers because they are really helpful , friendly and kind. I like the changing rooms because it's modern and tidy. The equipments in the gym are really easy to use, not complicated and have enough personal space as its not crowded! Highly recommend!! :)
PEAK is open very early in the day, which fits my schedule. Staff are always friendly, helpful, and fun.
It is a large gym and has an large indepedent weights zone area. It's open 24 hours and 365 days.It is has a range of different machines. It has two squat racks and other various racks that can be used for different exercises which ideal during busy hours of the gym.

The kids pool, family changing rooms, bikes. Wish that families with youger kids could use the warm pool more often than just weekends
