Relaxed, professional, facilities are all good. I do not like the newer stair machines you placed on the floor in 2015. Some newer equipment in some other areas would be good as well.

My reason for joining was I needed the exercise but found a lot more. I found many friends and lots of fun. I found a leader (SAS) who made it all fun and cares about us. Some of my happy classes are now gone (I wish they were not) but I am enjoying what I can do. The staff is friendly. Thanks to all.
