Clean facilities, equipment in great working order, good variety and amount of equipment, very friendly staff, great workout classes. There is nothing I would recommend to change or improve on, this is a great place to workout!
Your people are very friendly very professional. The facility is extremely clean and well-maintained.
There are many things I like about the Rochester JCC. Arts, athletics, camps.
HOWEVER, how could this question possibly be useful other than artificially tooting the JCC's own horn?
Clean. Not overly crowded. I would give it a 10 if it was open later on Saturday and Sunday
Front desk personnel are wonderful !!!!

Friendly, good times of day for classes
The variety of classes and many to choose from. The facility is nice and clean. Inreallynenjoy the instructors, Stephanie Lieberman, Sallie Dalie and Ceystal are very good, I really enjoy the way they instruct and inspire me to work hard.
