Convenience (I live only a mile or so from PAC). The variety of group classes and class times are good also.
However, you get a poor grade here: making paying members (your customers) wait outside until the exact opening time, no matter the weather, is ridiculous. Members should be allowed to wait inside the lobby for opening time!

I do not like the new area for abs and stretching. Way to cramped and not enough floor space. The reason I joined to to get away from boot camp cross fit and you have converted most of the space to that.
