I enjoy the free classes: spin and body pump. I attend 4 or 5 times each week. Great group of leaders in each class.
First of all the staff, they are very friendly, and always ready to assist you anyway they can. It's a clean, well equiped facility, much better than most gyms I've been a member. Well managed, good, friendly people who are members, I'v met alot of good friends in the three years I've been a member.

The facility is clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. There is also a variety of classes to meet everyone's needs. The only suggestion I have is the spinning class needs more bikes. It's hard to reserve a bike for spinning. Thanks.
The instructors are not in your face like other gyms, you know where they are if you need them.

The installations are really, really good. I do machines, but I know that when I get bored of that, I can choose from a lot of interesting classes.
I always recommend buzz gym to whoever I meet that wants to join a gym. I'm love that buzz gym is open 24/7 and had 10 benches, incline decline and flat bench ,, 4 squat racks and a smith machine,, laying leg curl and Dumbbells up to 60kg and with all this no matter how busy you get you can still get on equipment:D

Facilities are clean and updated. Staff is friendly and professional.
Classes are at a good time whether you want to go in the morning or evening. Even better now with the use of Advance gym. Instructors should provide alternative ways on how to do a certain exercise, not all instructors do this. People come the gym for loads of different reasons. It may take a lot for them to first walk through your doors. Maybe some instructors should have this in mind and not single people out if there not doing things as fast as everyone else. Instructors should be there instruct and encourage.

always nice greeting from Jean - good to see making improvements but please please fix flush in upstairs ladies toilets - only flush for every second person - like that for at least a year!
