Kettlebells class on Friday is great...really noticing the difference from doing the class.
It would be great of the Pump classes could be properly choreographed (Les Mills style), e.g. where the speed and timing of the moves are related to the music and where the instructor and class all do the moves together...it's much harder to cheat in a class like that!!

The facility is clean, updated and offers a variety of fitness choices. I also love that my kids are welcome here. They are 6 and 9.

I like the friendliness of the staff, you have been updating your equipment, you offer a wide variety of classes and a nice assortment of trainees. The frosting on the cake is that you have a therapist that is available at the facility also.
