I love the layout of the gym and pool. Every time I come to Fitness Plus I am greeted by incredibly friendly people that go above and beyond at their jobs and make me feel so welcome. Relaxing atmosphere, excellent classes (I only go to Lisa's - she is so great), good equipment, lovely grounds, friendly staff, etc
The only thing I would change is The kid's room. It has no windows, so it is dark and stuffy. The toys are so dirty, they are sticky to the touch. you need someone cleaning that stuff regularly, especially in the kid's room! If it were possible to renovate the space to have some natural light, that would make a big difference. But at the very least, hire someone to daily clean the toys!
