Lots of classes to choose from. Nice setting at downtown spot - close to my home. good instructors.
However, the front desk service when I first came was poor. There seems to be a riff between membership and the front desk. They didn’t have any information, or were told not to share the information. totally awkward and unprofessional. I believe EVERYONE in a club is an extension of membership and should have ALL information and ability to start that new member relationship. You got something goofy going on for sure.

The classes are fantastic for starters. Also, the staff is so friendly its unreal. Often times I am trying to stay motivated to just go to the gym but the second a friendly smile greets me at the door it makes all the difference.
