Lots of great equipment, stretch web equipment (whatever it's called!), spacious floor plan, salt water pool, saunas and hot tubs, classes, nice atmosphere to hang out in, friendly people, fresh towels, basketball court...
I would love to see a machine that exercises the arms, it's like bicycling for the arms. I've had to use this machine several times in physical therapy and it is the BEST way to get good arm muscle work in and make arms & shoulders strong, which people really need as they get older. The downtown YMCA has one but I've never seen one in other health clubs. I think it would be very popular!

Equipment, classes, and location
The club offers a variety of activities in clean surroundings. Friendly personnel make you feel welcome. I'm a tennis player. I chose this club over other clubs that were closer to my home because it offered 1.5 hours playing time, no court fees and the club was willing to work with my 'snowbird' traveling schedule. The tennis coaches welcomed me and immediately got me involved with teams and workouts. The tennis lounge area welcomes players to stay a while and socialize.
The size, the location, the tidiness, the available amenities, and the fact that my wife loves the class instructors.
