I enjoy the Silver Sneakers classes. The people teaching are great. I also like my Pilates classes with Linda. She has really helped me to gain strength in my core. Her patience and attitude have been a delight. The people working in the snack food area are so friendly and helpful. It makes my day to see their friendly faces. Thanks for making Peak and Wellness a great place to go.

It is clean and well maintained. There is always staff available to answer any questions I may have. There are always programs going on to keep the membership striving to reach the next goal. Love it!

Usually very clean, lots of machines so it's generally not to busy. I love the squash courts and SPA.
