Near work, nice staff, hours and equipment are efficient.
It's a beautiful space with lots of machines and different things to do to get a workout. I also like the monthly Wednesday meetings where we can sample foods and learn about nutrition. Friendly staff. Lots of classes, although most are not at a time I can attend.
