The people are friendly and helpful. I wish the aqua class had instructors that would stay. We have so much fun.

The variety of classes and the dedication of all staff members. I feel very welcome there, and do appreciate all the efforts that go into the club to make it fun and worthwhile. People there truly do care and are willing to help with anything anytime.
Classes offered - Oula and Zumba, friendliness of staff, cleanliness of lockers, machines, etc., very nice atmosphere.
I like the friendly people. I don't like the lack of crossfit at the midtown location.

Everything! The front desk staff, like Edwin and Marion are so nice and friendly they always say hello to me. All of the trainers are friendly and approchable, especially Andrew, and all the Kevins! Boris and Mark always say hi to me so I feel welcome. The change rooms are impeccible and the cleaning staff is also very friendly. Even the shmoozers staff say hello! it is such a happy, family friendly place to be
