I am familiar with the Alpine Therapy and I think they are excellent & knowledgeable.
We have only been to the Peak twice on our own and the equipment is excellent and the
wealth of activities are wonderful with the swimming, running track, & the classes
which we have enjoyed in the past. My husband had a hip replacement and we are just
now getting back into focusing on our fitness. We are going to look into some water
aerobics & a few of the classes.

The club is clean. All the people at the desk at the front desk are very frendly and helpful.
The gym is well maintained, very clean, and I feel like I get great quality for the price. Just wish parking was a bit easier. Really enjoy the gym thought!
All the classes and personal training. Yet I would certainly not recommend the ladies gym area as it is horrible - tiny space, TV is always off and hard to control yourself, the room is not decorated with anything inspiring and you cannot hear the music well at all.
