You offer a variety of ways to improve and maintain fitness, and you always insure there are enough pleasant, eager to help trainers. It is a comfortable, well maintained place to workout.
It's just a great no-nonsense work out experience--good equipment; in good order; always clean; spacious locker room; very mixed membership, members friendly but non-intrusive to each other. And all for a reasonable price. Love it!

The standard of service The Corniche offers is friendly, informal service,but at the same time all aspects of the club maintains a very good standard of customer service.
I like it that the showers in the downstairs mens changing room are nearly warm enough, and that the ghastly music in the Turkish Steam room is at a low enough level so that disturbing resonances do not happen very often.

24 hrs is so important to me. I like the pieces of equipment that are available (although some pieces are getting tatty and are out of order a lot - and where did the decline bench go!)

Facility meets my needs
Exceptional! I joined this gym three years ago, and although the staff have evolved, the customer service has never suffered as a result! Keep it up.
I like the choice of classes a day the professional attitude of the instructors. I feel very comfortable doing the classes as I am older than most attendees and do not feel that I shouldn't be there. A very enjoyable experience
