The club does a great overall job and I see no major problems. Just keep up the good work. The club did a fantastic job on the tax relief party. You could put in new shower heads in the men's and women's dressing rooms. I would like to see the ping pong table put in a better area then way down the hall way where it's too narrow and too dark for the game. The ping pong was so much better when it was by the racket ball court. It would be great to have a security to patrol inside the locker rooms and in the parking lot.

I have been coming to the Peak off/on since 1995 (when I'm not living abroad). It is by far the best Health Club in town. I can get a workout in without feeling pressured or crowded and the facility is great!
Hours, facilities, team members, social events
Do not like lost and found process. Being a bit forgetful, I have left numerous items in the locker room. While I need to be a bit more responsible, I do think you could improve your system for returning lost items. One member thinks the cleaning crew at night just pitches items in the trash. Could you have a separate barrel for items where the member has put their name on the item? What's the best practices from the industry? Thanks for considering my suggestions.
Have every machine I like to use. Never have problems getting on the machines I want to use when I'm working out. Like the large, open space in the Blue Mountain facility.
Good people with great attitudes and lots of enthusiasm. Lots of variety and options available. Since the new ownership, we have seen great upgrades to the facility. With previous owners, even routine maintenance was ignored.

The Rady Centre is very clean and orderly, with pleasant staff and clientele that I feel comfortable being around. The security of the facility is the best I've seen in Winnipeg, and all the excellent equipment is well maintained. The classes that I have attended (Group Power) were really well lead by qualified instructors. Overall, the Rady is expensive - and worth EVERY penny! My wife was given a gift membership a few years ago by her Aunties, and we were so impressed that we've stayed ever since. I would gladly recommend membership at the Rady to any of my friends and colleagues.
