I love how much fun it is! I love the fun pump-up songs and also the vibe of the whole class. Each instructor is always so positive and motivating. I also get such a good workout in!

It was my first time ever doing yoga. I felt confident and not out of place through out the whole class. I used to be a athlete and have multiple injured so limits my workouts. I felt I got a great workout without doing damage to my body

The instructors are fantastic & the vibe is very fun & welcoming.
I've been looking for a yoga studio near me that followed the Bikram series, so I'm really glad I found Core Power Yoga. I also love that I can go to any studio anywhere, which encourages me to continue practicing while traveling. The price is also comparable to other studios, and something new for me at Core Power that I really like is the cool scented wash cloth we get at the end of the hour.

Well run classes. I have taken two with Nosa and only got part way through them, I am determined to go a few minutes farther next time. I like the way he talks the class through the poses.
