Great workout
The instructors are amazing!!!
The yoga sculpt class was extremely challenging! I really liked it a lot. It makes me want to try it again to get better & stronger. My only thing was, I was not sure where to put my mat & towel after the class. I only saw a spot by the men's locker room (thank goodness no one was in it at the time!).
I love everything about Corepower. The friendly reception desk, the cleanliness, the smell. I love that the studio is quiet and the locker rooms are quiet as well!

I love the teacher/coaches that make me feel cared for by their actions upon my arrival, during class, and follow-through til the time I leave. I love when they motivate or improve me each day I go including when they guide me through the entire 60 minutes so that I can feel like I can feel accomplished and good about myself from knowing each step of the way. I appreciate how the teachers come in with energy and excitement even if they have already taught 2 classes before mine. I know the care and concern the teacher puts into constructing each of their classes to get a great workout and to flow in a well-sounded routine.

I love the classes the teachers the location. Everything. The one thing I wish core power could provide is a full on calorie burning class. Perhaps more cardio?

Teachers are amazing, the workouts are hard and very sweaty! I feel that I am doing my body and mind a lot of good every time I go. I feel lean and strong from CPY! Great sense of community too!

There is so much to like at Core Power! The instructors are so well trained end enthusiastic.
I feel like I get a personal trainer at every class. The studio is a welcoming, friendly and supportive place. Everyone is always smiling and laughing. I go to the studio almost on a daily basis, partly for my practice and partly for the "feel good feeling"! Keep it up Core Power!
