Very accommodating Staff. I'm 38 weeks pregnant and took two HPF classes this week with Stacee and Cynthia. Both were great instructors, suggested pose modifications before and during class, and checked in on me multiple times. I sincerely appreciate such a welcoming environment as I practice during these last few weeks of my pregnancy.

I like the instructors at Corepower Park Ridge, especially the ones that stay true to what Corepower espouses. Ciara, Doreen and Kaitlyn are the best sculpt instructors around, they mix up the music, heat up the classes, add a special mix of motivation and comedy, and they aren’t afraid to push you, which I love. Both Katherine and Kathy are great hpf instructors who bring the heat and make every hpf class a wonderful experience.

Since I began practicing at Core Power Yoga in late February, I have found a welcoming "home" at the Arlington Heights studio. This sense of inclusion runs all the way from manager Monika down through the entire teaching and support staff. I continue to recommend that my mom friends join in our classes, although I'd get more takers if the classes were somewhat more affordable.
Regardless, my 80 visits to-date have been an outstanding experience.
