The classes are small and the instructor is very helpful
I love the teaches. Each are very different but they all share the same passion which they then pass to the rest of the class. I love the fact that the teaches do pay attention to you and guide you through the postures, especially if you need to improve on a particular pose. I always walk out of class learning something new and gained new information about particular postures which makes me all the most excited to come back for another class and try it out.

Great class and teacher!
I have never done it before. I have lost alot of weight but still have a lot to go. I didn’t feel pressured in the class. If I couldn’t do something I watched or tried to do part of it. I normal shy away from things like this because I would feel out of place. The instructor made me feel comfortable. I am going to come 2-3 times per week. I even have 2-3 girls from work that are going to join on Tuesday.

There is a homey/family feel yet balanced with professionalism. The teachers are welcoming, encouraging and supportive, wanting you to get the best from your practice.

Friendly and well connected group. Easily explain any issues about training and top notch facilities. The reason why only put a nine instead of a full ten is because of the environment that is held in - but that comes part and parcel with Bikram. Just some people cannot handle hot temperatures / high humidity. But that is life, nothing I can suggest to make it better. Other than that, top notch everywhere else.
