Always fantastic customer service - they like to know your name so they can monitor the progress of your technique. They're willing to discuss anything you would like to talk about and there's absolutely no pressure to upsell anything - whether it be drinks or merchandise or anything. Any specials or discount offers or anything of an upsell nature are always offered and advised, but there's no pressure to do anything other than what you want to do for yourself. I especially love the way the classes inspire you to do your best, and there's always a sense of peace and kindness when you leave at the very end. I also love how you can take your time to arrive and depart, without being rushed out for another class. I generally dislike yoga and meditation, however Yarraville Bikram Yoga has made me realise I can do both without having it forced upon me and I actually enjoy going and feeling the benefits from it.

well the environment and the instructors are very friendly and welcoming for a beginner, which motivates a person to continue it as well.

You make me feel comfortable in this new enviroment, but most of all you make it quite clear we are at all different levels so do the best we can. After my second session in a row it was alot easier and I enjoyed it more so thank you very much.

Very friendly environment. Was my first time in a few years so was very nervous to attend. I found the instructor Clare amazing! So nice, welcoming and good at her job. She made me feel extremely comfortable and loved her!
...upon arrival,happy, smiley, informative ladies...answered my questions, as its my first time in doing Bikram Yoga...inviting front reception...foyer...showers/toilets...algud & the room, loved it as I enjoy heat..hahaha & Jo was excellent& the young woman that did 9.30 class this morning awesome!!
