Great service & done great job cleaning!

I was very impressed with the technician that cleaned my sofa and chairs. He was friendly and professional. He did an amazing job. We have 3 small dogs of our own and we babysit 2 grand dogs often, so the sofa and chairs were in dire need of cleaning. They look brand new again.

Hayatte was very professional, courteous,and friendly. He did a fantastic job asking me to look at every room after he finished to make sure I was happy. He was doing a re-clean because the first technician did not do a good job. I am now very satisfied and will use Zerorez again if I can get Hayatte.

I try to be as toxin/chemical free as I can, so this works for me. I used Zerorez previously in Cincinnati and was very pleased with the amount of time it takes to clean the carpet as well as dry.

Cam was very professional and did a wonderful job cleaning our nursery and glider. He was upfront and honest about what stains might not come out and explained how he planned on cleaning each piece.

Good customer services!

I’ve been using zerorez for many years. I’ve only had two cleanings that were not done well. Our most recent one left streaks of discoloration in my carpet.
They’re coming out to reservice next week. I’m sure it’ll be resolved.
So when I tell friends and family about zerorez, I tell them how great they are and also have sometimes not so great

The associates are very nice both on the phone and in person. Scheduling is quick and easy. They’ve cleaned my carpets well each time I’ve hired them
