First, Every time I talked to the scheduling people I was impressed at their caring attention to detail and sincere wish to handle the call politely and effectively! Specifically, Melissa. She paid close attention to my requests and expeditiously arranged for their completion. My technicians were wonderful while here on the job. There were two. Ben worked very hard and it was a pleasure to have him in our home. I can't remember the other guys' name but he was knowledgeable and helpful as well! Great job. Anthony was very professional and friendly. Explained the process. The only reason I didn't give a 10 was due to being the charged for a hall that was really only a small extention of a large family room.

Zerorez always does a great job. Carpets are fresh and soft and brighter and I love knowing no harsh chemicals were used. The gentleman who conducted our cleaning was extremely informative this time around, he was awesome. I will always continue to use Zerorez when I need our carpets cleaned.
