All feet are custom measured by helpful staff members. We have a tough time getting into the city to buy new shoes. I knew my records were on file as well as my families, We all like our shoes and just need to replace worn old ones. The look of the shoe may change or update, but the fit is a constant. That makes it easy to shop for new shoes when my son is unable to be with me. Santa/Momma says thanks Fleet Feet. I would sure be grateful for a longer expiration date on you reward coupon. It is not fair to those of us that don't live in the city and can't get there to use it. Just sayin'.
