The staff members are friendly and they do a pretty good job. I wasn't too happy this last time because they arrived 1.5 hours late and I never received a call. They apparently put some other customer before me and I rearranged my schedule to be the first for the day. Someone should have alerted me to that.

Highly professional and well done. The initial estimate did not take long, and although my appointment was not for 2 weeks they were able to fit me in earlier due to a cancellation. Javier and Ivan were great! They were very thorough cleaning out my ventilation system, and dryer vent that it seemed like the carpet cleaning was a breeze in comparison. They waited for me to arrive late because I hadn’t checked my email notifying me of the earlier appointment and did not waste time getting the work done!

I used commercial, not residential service. Cleaning job was done well. Not critical, but would have been nice if cleaner showed up on time or phoned he was delayed; 45 min late 1st day, 50 min late 2nd day.
ServiceMaster always does a great job at cleaning my carpets. I do home daycare in my home. Steve has come out twice now while I was working. Besides being polite and courteous with me, he interacted with my daycare kids and showed them what he was doing and how things worked. One toddler was completely mesmerized by what he was doing and shadowed Steve so much a few times they bumped into each other. Steve would say, "Oh watch out Buddy." and then he'd go through the steps again with him and show the toddler what he was doing.
