Consistent cleaners and good communication. Any time theres been a reason why a clean might not happen on the day or even the usual time - we have had a phone call to let us know. We only ever have a different cleaner to our usual, in times of sickness or holidays which means we have a consistent service meeting our needs.

We own a ladies only health and fitness boutique studio , so it s really important that it has a high standard of cleanliness for our customers. Carol our Service Master cleaner is amazing! She is extremely reliable.Carol ‘s standard of cleaning is the best we have ever had. She is easy to communicate with and we are able to work well with Carol to ensure that all areas of our studio and kept immaculate, Carol suggests areas that need addressing as well as carrying out the general cleaning. We couldn’t be happier .

The management of the operation and cleaning personnel. Previous contractors did almost nothing to supervise work of cleaning personnel. Also, cleaning personnel are generally of a high standard and, if not, corrective action gets taken.
