This score has been submitted on behalf of Mawr Community Centre as discussed with Guy Strang - After a score of 5/10 we contacted the client who stated they accidentally submitted the score of 5 as they didn't realize there was a scoring system and because they didn't leave a comment they didn't realize it was registered.
After speaking with Rachel at Mawr she stated she would have provided us with a score of 9/10 due to her being very happy with the service we provide.

Thorough and communicate very well with us

I find Service Master very easy to deal with. If there is a problem they are on it straight away and ensure that it is rectified ASAP. They communicate well and provide a personal touch. They always try keep their costs to a minimum.

Our current cleaner goes above and beyond with her service to us.
