There is always a willingness to help, there is support. The hours are flexible you can have as many hours you want. The client's are great they are good at matching caregivers and clients.

I work for nurse next from 3years I think this is the best company I work for the way they deal with client and provide care to client at home .

The only reason I can't give it a perfect 10 is because sometimes you have to gamble on shifts that might get cancelled and lose out on the shift at the same time that doesn't. Otherwise, I find the office incredibly professional and the new app for charting and seeing other progress notes prior to going to shift better than any other system I've used.

The office team is very understanding with any concerns I have and scheduling is very flexible. At my previous job, I use to feel guilty for saying no to shifts or booking vacation time, but NND makes me feel as though I am allowed to have a life outside of work and say yes or no to shifts. The careplans that are sent are comprehensive and ensure no portion of the care is missed. I would recommend people to work at Nurse Next Door and to receive care from Nurse Next Door.
