I have used Zerorez for years in another state. I liked the results of the two items that were cleaned!
However, I had received an email stating that if I made an appointment I would receive 15% off of that service. When the technician took my payment, he did not have a record of such a discount.
The email that you sent to me indicating a discount was on September 25th. Since I did not have a coupon number or anything like that to show him, I missed out on your promotion.
