Well, I gave them a call - when my regular carpet cleaner texted me the day before that he has fallen ill and could not keep the appointment. Zerorez was able to make an appointment for the next day - keeping me on schedule. They emailed me and said if I was not 100% satisfied - they will make it right. And they did! Thank you zerorez. I highly recommend their service. They are prompt, honest, and it took 45 minutes to do three rooms and hallway.
