I've heard Zerorez advertised on the radio for a while and finally decided to go online and make an appointment. It was very easy to make an appointment and the technician was professional, friendly and most importantly, on time! We had a few stains (from WD40) in our hallway and the technician was able to get them out without ANY up-selling or additional cost. I will definitively use Zerorez again and was very happy with the results.

Zerorez was respectful of my time---calling 30 minutes prior to my appointment time to confirm and arriving on time. The entire service was done in less than 2 hours. Our technicians, Jesse and Kevin, were professional and courteous and in general very friendly and hard-working. My carpet looks great and I will definitely use Zerorez again!
