The service technician was very courteous and informative and did a great job even though he was helping out with a co-worker who couldn't be there that day. The carpets looked really clean and the fibers looked to be standing up for the first time in quite awhile. Knowing there is no chemical used is good but there is one spot that he said is yellowish that cannot be changed which was a bit frustrating. Not happy about that because we have pets and don't even know what caused that particular stain. We are usually on top of each stain as soon as they happen but that one must have been there for a couple of days and dried out before we went upstairs and found it.
