I love that a chemical smell isnt left behind and my carpets smell fresh and are softer and clean especially with 2 large dogs. The techincians are always friendly, this time Brian was my tech he answered every concern i had and over all i will keep using zero rez, i just wish it wasnt so expensive or i would do it every 6 months

I have used your company for years. The technician Brian Isaiah was by far the best in cleaning our very old carpet. They look so much better and he is the best one ever. Im not sure what he used but it worked.

Well cleaning, professional services staff

We had our high traffic stairs, landing, and hall carpet cleaned as well as two rooms, an area rug and a recliner. Our carpets are older, and the technician spent a good deal of time making sure all aspects of the cleaning were top notch. We were extremely pleased. We also booked the cleaning during the Memorial Day sale which was a wonderful perk and actually sealed the deal on getting all of these items cleaned at once.

Roger Warrick and Calvin cleaned our air ducts and dryer vent, and they did an excellent job. Roger even repaired some of the ducts where air was escaping. They spent a good deal of time making sure all aspects of the cleaning were top notch. We were extremely pleased. We also booked the cleaning during the Memorial Day sale which was a wonderful perk and actually sealed the deal on getting the cleaning scheduled.
