My technician seemed very knowledgeable about different lasers and gave me the information so that I can be more informed. She was also appropriately safety conscious - not too much to the point where I feel like I'm wasting my money on ineffective treatments and just enough to trust that I'm not going to get burned. I really like the range of services offered. I hope to try a facial and lash tinting. The location is also convenient. And the front desk people are knowledgeable and efficient when booking appointments and checking in.
