I have been here a few times and have never had a bad experience. I was there recently and the person who did my dermaplaning did a thorough job, and took her time , making sure all my peach fuzz was gone! My face felt smooth and soft! I wish I could remember her name. She did a great job and was super nice too!

I don't like that the service is recommended for every 4 weeks, but there's no availability for the appointment - it takes 8 weeks to get one.
