Mostly good caregivers and schedulers.
The caregivers arrive on time and are outgoing and helpful with the client. My wife has been able to connect with most of them.

Your staff were very knowledgeable and helpful during a difficult time for our family. They helped with end of life care for my father, they assisted us with giving him everything he needed to be at home.

I (niece of uncle by marriage) received a response right away and action was taken quickly.
As the situation we were in required immediate attention (89 year old uncle who underwent 7 hour major surgery for removal of tumor in his face), my husband and I totally appreciate the quick turnaround of obtaining the services we needed.

Although aunt and uncle are very resistant to the care, my husband and I appreciate the assistance. We just apologize if aunt and uncle are not accepting of the caregivers (sorry!). Whether they think they need it or not, the service provided (minimal, prep/shop/freeze pureed, nutritious, high calorie food) has put my husband's mind at ease for the 4 weeks we are forcing his aunt and uncle to accept help.

We are very pleased with Heather, she is a delight, always cheerful and very, very good at her job. We are also pleased with the service we always receive from Zara (not sure of the name spelling) whenever a scheduling event arises.
