The staff. My stylist is the best I’ve ever had. Ferrish is her name at the Queensway location. I like the way you sign in and they are so efficient. The sports on tv is awesome. Very clean also.

Kaitlyn was absolutely wonderful...specific, patient, friendly, professional and an amazing haircut artist.

I have visited high end men's salons across Canada and the US, and she was excellent.
