On a day when I had some time after work, I visited your competitor for a haircut. I have gone there for the last 3 years. They said I required an appointment and could not take me. I wasn't a happy camper. I headed to Canadian Tire in the area and saw Sport Clips across the parking lot. I was greeted by Kaitlyn and was given the introductory pitch. There was no line up so I was sold. As a new customer, I thought the cut was great and enjoyed the decor. Being a senior, I was in heaven watching my beloved 1960s Leafs in black and white. Kaitlyn was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and a good conversationalist. She turned a negative situation into a positive result. I will ask for her next time.
