I have been coming to sportclips since 2015 but trust me when I say this, my last experience was so far the best. Most times I get disappointed with MVP or what I thought was MVP. I took a triple MVP last time and just wanted to keep going with 3 more. The lady I think her name was Jenna was so polite and courteous with an above and beyond customer service experience for a loyal customer. If anyone here is listening please give her a raise for handling the situation at the counter with utmost care and compassion.

The atmosphere is friendly from the second you walk in the door. The store and cutting stations are clean and sanitary. Tanya is the best and who I always aim to get my cut from.

Staff it’s always courteous and prepared. Also the online check in makes the process easy and smooth.

Ability to check in online, also lets me know when my fav stylist is working(Lucy is Great!) Love getting the MVP!
