Lucy was above and beyond great stylest . Very detailed and thorough and I know my hair is difficult.
The place is clean and in general all is 10/10.
The wait time is long probably due to COVID-19 there are two stylists only out of 6 chairs but I know this temporary and all will be more efficient again

The staff is always courteous, friendly and knowledgeable! The skills that these stylists possess is much appreciated, and it has insured that I only come to Sport Clips when I want a cut. One recommendation is to use the online waiting list as sometimes the wait in-store is lengthy, if online pre-registration is not done. The website will tell you when its best to arrive, so one is not waiting around for a stylist.

Jody was professional, knew exactly what I wanted and how I like my bangs done. I’ve cut my bangs before..... not good! lol. Jody is always patient when i screw them up. I always stop in and couple minutes later I’m “good to go”!
