I needed an order the same day and I couldn't get the website to do what I needed, so I called them directly. The most kind person understood what I was going thru. She told me to go ahead an put the order thru and she would then pull the order and fix it. All I had to do is give her 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, she called and let me know she fixed it. Later that day, the delivery man called and let me know he delivered it to my granddaughter and she received personally. If all businesses ran like Cookies by Design, we would all be happy. I just wanted to say thank you one more time.
